Job Description

JOB PURPOSE & SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To report to the Admin/AVP and carry out the legitimate duties assigned to him by the HOD.
  • To drive the Company vehicle.
  • Keep the vehicle clean and maintained at all times.
  • Perform preventive and regular maintenance on the vehicle.
  • Receive and directing the visitors in office
  • To perform any other related duty for which he is qualified and details to do so by his
  • Responsible and accountable for overall quality, safety and security of operations in the assigned area of work.
  • Responsible for reporting to his supervisors’ occurrences, events, violations and acts that may affect safety, security and company reputation.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • X Pass
  • LMV Licence

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

  • Candidates having 12 months experience with LMV/ HMV license preferred.

PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS & BEHAVIOUR

  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude with the natural ability to provide excellent service in a team environment, dealing with people from many cultures
  • Ability to work in constantly changing environment
  • A team player at handling cross-sectional team
  • Ability to adopt to various computerized systems
