Job Description

Responsibilities

• End-to-end management of customers’ repairs and sales orders
• Providing repair quotes to customer, and follow up with customer on valid quote approval status
• Handling customer requests and working with reporting manager to provide relevant resolutions to satisfy customers
• Liaising with internal stakeholders/intercompany entities to ensure a smooth fulfillment of orders (repair/sales)
• Actively drive progress of customer’s repair orders; minimise delays and maximise customer satisfaction
• Warranty and claims administration
• Generating reports and perform administrative duties
• Perform AOG duties on a rotating basis

Competencies

• Proven experience in Customer Service or a customer facing role within a B2B context (preferably in the aerospace/aviation or airline industry)
• Diploma in Aviation, Business or Engineering or equivalent
• PC literate and savvy with IT applications
• Mature, self-motivated and able to work independently
• Ability to independently discuss options with customers around needs and timeframes, and being able to follow-up timely
• Team player with excellent analytical and communication skills
• Capacity to recognise and adhere to deadlines
• A good customer service attitude, whilst maintaining the interests of the company
