Key Requirement for the Position          

Responsible for conducting trainings based on Training Needs Identification and Organisation needs via both the mediums E-Learning as well as In-Person trainings majorly for the Support Functions of the Organisation

Job Description               

• Updation and delivery of Induction Module to all new entrants
• Provides feedback to the Head Of Training / GM HR on the quality of recruitment
• Designs and implements Behavioral / Soft skills Training Programs and in concurrence with Head Of Training / GM HR
• Supports Head Of Training / GM HR in evaluation of LMS portals, Training Content providers and vendors who assist in L&D activities
• Interacts with all internal departments to ensure maximum participation in the drives conducted by the HR team
• Builds a Culture of Positive mindset, Learning leads to success and Collaborative approach with help of the Training and Awareness sessions run across the Organisation
• Maintain an accurate and updated Training MIS which allows analysis of various Training parameters
• Publish monthly Training man hours, popular Training Modules, sentiments of employees etc. via a monthly Training Dashboard
• Carries out Statutory trainings like POSH, COBC etc. and submits the Reports in the required format and frequency
• Plan and publish an Annual Training Calendar and execute it as per schedule
• Support the Admin / Engagement team in the monthly festive / official celebrations
• Manage Internal Communications related emails like New Hire Announcement, Celebrations & Events Information, Advisory release etc. via the Corporate HR id
