Job Description

Responsibilities :

  • Work with a team of engineers to design aircraft systems, airframe details, interiors and assemblies. Work with other teams and team members to ensure that integration of subsystems and airframe is excellent.
  • Collaborate with FEA and CFD teams to create robust and efficient designs. Work on design improvements. Generate and Maintain BOM, Assembly details, Revision history etc.
  • Will be involved in the entire design lifecycle from concept to production. Generate Product documentation as per ISO, AS standards as applicable. Work with and assist in generation of quality documents and procedures when required.

Technical Skills :

  • Bachelors or Masters in Aeronautical, Aerospace or Mechanical engineering(with experience working in aviation design) or equivalent.
  • 2 – 4 years of related experience. Good Catia V5 skills
  • Ability to interpret and create engineering drawings and specifications
  • Good understanding of aeronautical concepts related to aircraft design.
  • Knowledge in FEA or CFD and related tools are preferred but not mandatory.
  • Knowledge of Aircraft design standards such as FAR part 23, AS9100 are preferred
