Job Summary Responsible for providing effective and efficient services to Air India passengers by owning end-to-end Ground Handling operations at Airports.
Key Responsibilities
Work closely with Ground Handling Agency (GHA) and all other teams at the airport to ensure on-time Performance targets
Provide support to staff in case of IRROPs and ensure guests are provided with full support during any disruption.
Effective management of available resources at the airport to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Render all possible assistance to GHA and other departments to resolve all sorts of customer grievances.
Contingency handling preparedness
Monitor and evaluate GHA SLAs parameters through various internal and external reviews and raise deficiency reports.
Knowledge of IOSA standard manual is preferred.

Self-starter and should be able to drive multiple initiatives at Airport
Should possess organizational & time management skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Should be digital savvy and comfortable with all modern work management tools.
Work Experience
Years of Experience 5-12 years of work experience in Business operations/Customer facing role preferably in the Aviation industry
Qualification
Qualification Graduate from a recognized university, MBA will be preferred
