Job Description

We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce (UX/UI) Specialist who will be responsible for the Jazeera website, app user experience (UX), user interface (UI) design and content to join our Marketing & Customer Experience team.

Responsibilities and duties:

• Lead UI/UX strategy for Jazeera’s digital assets.
• Supervise user experience design requirements for Jazeera’s digital assets.
• Manage the UI/UX design strategy for the brand and digital customer journey.
• Conduct UX research and testing to analyze user behavior, interactions and develop necessary functional enhancements.
• Develop high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, site maps, and prototypes.
• Design and code UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for our digital assets.
• Testing UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages.
• Ensure performance of website and app are to industry standards.
• Collaborate with the marketing team, and internal and external designers to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the digital user.
• Work with partnered agency for content creation – design, copy/SEO.
• Work with IT and technology partners for back-end development.
• Benchmark industry web and app standards and lead digital innovation that maintains Jazeera’s competitiveness.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelors’ Degree
• WebApp UX-UI & Coding experience
• Minimum 3 years’ work experience in related field - Airline or Digital role in travel preferred
• Excellent Verbal and Written Communication in English
