Job Description

  • The Early Career Program (ECP) is 24-month program that offers an incredible opportunity to challenge yourself and gain valuable work experience.  A Long-Term Internship at GE Aviation is demanding but equally rewarding and will give you the tools you need to accelerate your career.  As an ECP at GE Aviation you will gain hands on experience across the most important elements of Aviation Operations including Sales support, Customer Support, Engineering and Maintenance and Repair Operations
    At GE Aviation, you won’t just dream the future, you’ll help us build it.
    As an ECP Trainee at GE Aviation, you will be assigned to support projects across the different functions of GE Aviation on a rotational basis. As the traineeship progresses, the you will be expected to accept greater responsibilities until you are able to assume a lead role in a specific customer engagement later in the program, to be chosen based on business priorities at the time.  You will cover different contents in the following areas during your rotational work:  
  • Sales Support: Assist in tracking sales and progress payments for spare engines on digital dashboards as well as participating in problem solving projects to improve the tracking process.
  • Customer & Product Support: assist customer and product support organization in METCIS region.
  • MRO Network: Assist in planning and projects across GE Aviation’s global overhaul network. 
  • Commercial Operations: Support deal team and the sales proposal process
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university preferably in Engineering
  • Recent Graduate or graduate with less than 1 year of experience and passionate about Aviation Industry
  • Humble: respectful, receptive, agile, eager to learn
  • Transparent: shares critical information, speaks with candour, contributes constructively
  • Focused: quick learner, strategically prioritizes work, committed 
  • Leadership ability: strong communicator, decision-maker, collaborative

  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
  • Strong interpersonal skills - Ability to work across culture, diversity and manage conflict effectively.
