We’ll provide you with the mentorship and the opportunity to collaborate with expert Engineers, as well as work alongside the Development teams, Product Managers and Solution Engineers.

Responsibilities​

• Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position.
• Complete all planned Quality and Compliance training within the defined deadlines
• Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required.
• Gather complete and accurate information on the nature, complexity, and urgency of customer issues and accurately records all information in customer contact software
• Take ownership and resolve escalated product issues via telephone, email, or in-person, meeting or exceeding stated Service Level Agreement (SLA) timeframes
• Regularly execute case management best practices through clear and timely documentation of customer contact, written or verbal, in the knowledge management system
• Clearly communicate technical responses to customers' ensuring the understanding of the steps needed to resolve issues reported to the Technical Support Centre

Key Qualifications & Requirements

• You’ll be studying towards a STEM related degree in year 3 or 4
• A keen interest in technology and digitalization with the eagerness to learn
• You’ll have well developed communication skills both written and verbal, in English
• Ability to quickly identify and prioritize issues, create solutions, and meet deadlines
• You’ll be an excellent team player whilst maintaining an independent perspective
