Boeing India Engineering & Technology Center (BIETC) is currently looking for one Engineering Multi Skill Manager to join their team in Bangalore, India. This position will report to a Senior Manager in engineering group in BIETC. The hired candidate will manage a newly formed team of cross-trained resources from multiple disciplines (Mechanical engineering, Electrical engineering, Production Engineering, Tech document writing etc.) & provide them with the leadership in the engineering space. This is a high visibility role and requires strong ability to manage people and navigate through new situations with minimal supervision.
Position Responsibilities:
As Engineering Manager of the newly established Versatile Team for Core Engineering (electrical, mechanical, production, tech pubs), you will lead and manage engineers who will work on various engineering SOWs within the Engineering, Test & Technology (ET&T) group of BIETC. This position involves high level of collaboration with different stakeholders.
