Job Description

Responsibilities

Build technical competency within the team working on aerostructural projects
Train and mentor new engineers and validate their skills before getting into project
Skill evaluation of existing team, identify the gap and conduct skill enhancement trainings
Cross domain trainings, Organize Tech talks
Act as a technical consultant to the projects

Qualifications

E/B.Tech - Mechanical Engineering

Skills

Experienced in the design of Electrical Harness according to TDD and SIDP standards & specification.
Hands on experience in Analyzing and implementing TRS, DQN, Pre-studies and SSCI points
Good knowledge in Creation of ECN document, mentioning the design modification.
Knowledge on Airbus Process and methods.
Experience /Knowledge in different Airbus Programs SA, LR
Experience in Catia V5 (EHI, EHA, Assembly, Part/ Surface design & F3D), GILDA, AIRINA, SAP, AVD, ICC-CADB.
Knowledge in Pre-study and feasibility analysis for new HOV’s
