Job Description

  1. Respond & resolve all guests’ queries, requests and concerns on through Support channels ( Email, Social media & Calls) prompt & timely manner
  2. Have a natural affinity to solve guests’ concerns, provide resolution with complete empathy and ownership. 
  3. Able to identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell through social interactions & generate revenue.
  4. Able to quickly identify the root cause issues, address it with the concerned / dept, and also raise it for process improvement purposes with valid insights.  
  5. Able to collaborate with various stakeholders, follow up, and get closure on required information for guests. 
  6. Ability to learn, adapt, and bring the best social care practices in line with organizational value.  
  7. Manage individual performance and consistently achieve set service levels.
  8. Provide open communication with the team and recommend improvements for the group benefits.


Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer experience, preferably Social media

Essential Attributes: 

  • Candidates with Aviation/Travel industry  will be preferred
  • Must have excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Must be good in MS office tools
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented and able to multitask
  • Ability to work with very minimal guidance or supervision and strong time management skill
  • Must be an assertive team player with high energy to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to work on shifts including weekends, evenings, night shifts, and public holidays as scheduled.
