Key Duties and Responsibilities
Manage profile creation on workday (Hiring and Onboarding)
Employment Probation review and confirmation.
Manage payroll process for AAI (Payroll Reconciliation for new joiners, one time payments, full and final settlement for exit employees)
Manage internal and external audits.
Managing overall employee lifecycle (Promotions and transfers across AOC’s, reporting line change).
Manage work absence.
Manage mobility requirements
Implementation of PAC policies and process
Separation Management.
Employee personal files administration
Addressing employee queries/life cycle related to payroll and HR operations.
Adhering to Labour and Statutory Law compliances Knowledge,
Skills and Experience
Qualification Bachelor’s Degree in human resources, business administration, finance, or related field.
Work Experience 5+ years management experience in HR Skills
Basic Computer skills (MS Office, Outlook, etc.
Comfortable working in a highly visible role
Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills
Honest, ethical, and dependable
Experienced in mediation and conflict resolution processes
Positive, go-getter attitude
Proven leader with strong interpersonal skills, keen to motivate and effectively educate and connect department managers and employees regarding all HR matters
Highly computer literate in Microsoft Suite (especially Excel) and various HR software programs including HRIS
