Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage full cycle recruitment.
  • Designing and updating job descriptions
  • Sourcing potential candidates from various online channels (like LinkedIn)
  • Crafting recruiting emails/ads to attract active/passive candidates. Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally
  • Screen incoming resumes and application forms and share shortlists to hiring manager
  • Schedule interviews (via phone, video and in-person)
  • Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits
  • Maintain interview and hiring records
  • Ensure hiring data maintenance in Lever (ATS)
  • Seek and implement ways to enhance candidate experience during hiring process.
  • Be a part in implementation of hiring strategies (MT program, Bench program etc.)
  • Establish together with the HR Director / HR Manager state of the art employer branding activities, which are in line with the company strategy
  • Seek and implement ways to promote cargo-partner as employer of choice.
  • Monitor key HR metrics including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire
  • Completion of timely joining formalities of new Joines.
  • Provide best in class onboarding experience to all new joiners by well-structured induction, onboarding pass and regular catch-up sessions.
  • Ensure new joiner onboarding is completed as per onboarding pass.
  • Update and maintain employee data and maintain up to date employee files in PERS.
  • Maintain personnel files of employees and support HR operations in documentation of other HR related documents.
  • Plan and organize fun@ work events across offices.
  • Address employee grievances
  • Managing rewards and recognition at execution level.
  • Managing learning and development at execution level.

    Your Qualifications

        • Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline
        • 3-5 years of experience in HR in talent acquisition, employer branding, HR operations and talent management.

    Your skills

      • Hands-on experience in full-cycle recruiting
      • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) - lever & workday will be preferred
      • Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks
      • Working knowledge of SAP, lever & tableau, workday will be preferred
      • Strong in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel)
      • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
      • Excellent HR analytical and people skills
