Minimum Requirements

2+ years of recruiting experience.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Demonstrable experience in the Aviation industry
Bachelor in Human Resources (MBA preferred)
Effective negotiating skills
Proficient in Word (Excel, MS Word, Outlook).
Excellent record keeping.
