Boeing Supply chain Systems is currently looking for Experienced SAP ERP Systems Analyst - SAP SD / O2C Functional Analysts to join their IT team in Bangalore, India. These positions will focus on implementation and support of SAP projects based on S4 Hana technology.

A successful candidate will understand the importance of collaboration as these positions will focus on working directly with multiple stakeholders including business to implement SAP projects.
Position Responsibilities

• Independently take up and participate in Requirement gathering, Document preparation, End-to-End Solution design, Functional Spec preparation, Realization and Deployment.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams comprising of business SMEs, Architects, Developers and SIs on current processes and proposing solutions to enhance current systems.
• Identify, recommend and implement complex configuration solutions and implement full cycle configuration to meet business needs; create and update associated documentation.
• Participate in the project delivery during testing cycles and lead the root cause analysis and correction of issues.
• Bachelor in Engineering or Equivalent
• At least 8 - 12 years of overall experience with business experience in Manufacturing environments and should have 8+ of years of experience in SAP SD (O2C)
• Candidate should have done 2 SAP SD E2E implementation project. Minimum 1 E2E implementation in S/4 HANA.
• Strong knowledge in SAP SD with Integration with MM, TM, WM, PP and FICO.
• Must have strong conceptual and hands on implementation knowledge in SAP SD mainly covering:
• Business Partner, SD Master Data, Order Management, Billing, Estimation & Pricing, Condition types, Output management, project related billing, and Integrations with other modules.
• Should have worked on End-to-End process in OTC processes, across various business scenarios.
• The candidate must have worked and depth knowledge on Interfaces connecting SAP and non-SAP systems. Worked on IDOCs, BAPIs, RFCs and Customs programs.
• Translating Functional Specifications into Application design documents, co-ordination with ABAP team, testing of new functionality or Enhancements, Prepare Test plans and Test scripts, Perform Unit tests and integration tests.
• Familiar with Supply Chain business models, Contracts and Fiori UI
• Exceptional Communication and Interpersonal skills

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)

• 8-12 years of experience in manufacturing environments and should have minimum 10 years’ experience in SAP of which 8+ years in SAP- Sales & Distribution.
• Conceptual and implementation knowledge of Contract Management for complex environments. Knowledge of Milestone billing and configuration knowledge of quantity and value contracts.
• Understanding of business functionalities in Aerospace and Defense industry would be an added advantage
• Working knowledge of revenue recognition and SAP RAR.
• In depth knowledge of SAP SD user exits, batch jobs, SAP standard reports.
• Ability of handle and lead the development of WRICEF objects independently in collaboration with ABAP.
• Exposure to usage of SAP Solution Manager
• Certifications in either SAP SD or S/4 HANA will be an added advantage
• Knowledge and Experience of SAP Activate methodology and Agile (SAFe) development methods.

Typical Education & Experience

Typically  8-12 years related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (eg. bachelor, master, etc) preferred but not required.
