Boeing Defense India is currently looking for an Experienced Integrated Planning & Scheduling Specialist to join their team in New Delhi, IND. Boeing Defense India (BDI) is a subsidiary of the Boeing Company currently responsible for delivering several contracts to our Indian defense customers.

Boeing Defense India (BDI) is looking for a Project planner and scheduler to support the contracts currently in existence on our defense portfolio. This is a full-time role, based primarily at our Delhi Office (80%+) with opportunities to collaborate and work with staff working out of the IAF and IN bases.

A successful candidate will be experienced in program and project planning and scheduling and familiar with scheduling tools & be working directly with the Program Managers of various engagements and be part of the Program Management Function under BDI.

Position Responsibilities:

• Working with campaign and program teams to develop planning artefacts including WBS, RAM, High level flow, Master Summary Schedule, Master Assumptions list;
• Create and maintain integrated schedules to meet the program requirements;
• Undertake Schedule risk analysis and apply schedule risk reserve;
• Produce metrics for schedules and change activities across the lifecycle of a program;
• Identify, analyze and report performance variances to management and work with teams to develop performance recovery plans and incorporate recovery plans where appropriate

This position allows telecommuting. The selected candidate may be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• 6-8 years of experience in a dedicated Project Planning and Scheduling role
• The ideal candidate will already be experienced in program and project planning and scheduling and familiar with scheduling tools including Open Plan or P6, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Milestone professional and SharePoint
• In Depth understanding of Integrated Planning & Scheduling, Baseline Management, Cost and Affordability Management, RIO Management, Program Metrics and Reporting Cadences
• Demonstrated knowledge of Data Visualization (E.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI, SSRS) & Agile Workflow planning tools (E.g., Jira, Kanban)
• In depth understanding and demonstrated excellence in Earned Value Management (EVM).

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

A planning or scheduling qualification would be advantageous

Typical Education & Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 9 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience. )
