The role provides program management support in close quarters working relationship to the IT&DA organization in BIETC. The candidate serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the governance of the IT&DA organization in BIETC.

The role also serves as a liaison to the key stakeholders: IT/LT members, India LT, key Boeing colleagues, senior management teams within Boeing and external stakeholders alike.

The incumbent must be creative and enjoy working within a small, entrepreneurial environment that is results-driven. The ideal Individual will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities.

Organizes and coordinates executive outreach and external relations efforts; and oversees special projects.

The role needs should have the ability to work independently from conception to completion, and must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Program Management, Work with the senior managers locally and globally to execute the initiatives of the site.
  • Partner and interact with a broad range of stakeholders, work across the Boeing business, Boeing enterprise, Boeing Functions, and IT&DA organization for growth and value creation for Boeing
  • Support execution of the strategy for IT&DA at BIETC including providing governance in setting up the 3 horizontal capabilities.
  • Partner to recruit BIETC IT&DA team in identified capabilities and further develop these diverse teams of IT professionals. Provide Governance to all the talent initiatives like - Develop people(IDP Plans), internal rotations
  • Analyze various key reports for the IT&DA director and provide insights
  • Own KPI Definition and reporting for IT&DA​
  • SPOC for Program updates requests across departments : Own the process of fulfilling and data requirements , analysis and communications
  • Executes to the strategy/plan, anticipating problems and managing program risks and issues with escalation as appropriate
  • Own and drive actions from organizations OKR’s to the CIO office
  • Own the university relations for all IT&DA BIETC colleges and the brand associated with it.
  • Own the IT &DA Communication across BIETC, including Townhalls, visits & all the external branding
  • Work with controlling and HOD’s for strategic/financial planning across departments​ and monitor the budget
  • Ensure awareness of all initiatives across IT&DA in BIETC, and raise the flag as appropriate based on the progress
  • Work with external forums - Media, Vendor-partners & Internal large events
  • Own the operating mechanism of the IT&DA teams in BIETC including workshops
  • Own IT Communication across IT&DA@BIETC
  • Ensure awareness of all initiatives across IT&DA@BIETC, and raise the flag as appropriate based on the progress
  • Prepare the content for various internal (Townhalls, visits, India LT, Boeing Leadership, etc)
  • Manage IT&DA meetings: Planning the agenda, documenting action items & minutes and follow up for closure​
  • Planning and executing strategic workshops ​
  • Manage Agenda and Global Executive Visits 
  • Work with India LT office for common initiatives and activities
  • Regular reviews of all the initiatives and monitor progress(Talent Development, Manager Development, Branding, product launches, capability development, geo div initiatives, buddy program)
  • Develop strategic improvement plans and drive continuous improvements.
  • Support the senior managers as needed

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities
  • Strong skill of working with influence, Highly motivated, self-starter and team player ​
  • Uphold a strict level of confidentiality, collaboration and objective based
  • Background and working knowledge of Corp Functions : Finance, HR, Facilities, Communications, Corp Security, Procurement, etc is a definite advantage
  • At least 5+years working exposure to Technical & solution architecture, Applications Lifecycle Management
  • 10+ years of experience working with C-Level Executives
  • Business Analysis and Strategic Initiatives experience and exposure will be a strong plus
  • Techno-Functional background preferred

Typical Education & Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 12- 16 years' related work experience.
