Job Description

Functional Responsibilities:

 The Office Administrator is responsible for the smooth running of the office by conducting clerical and administrative tasks and projects. S/he must be able to apply, independently, the below duties and responsibilities of the criteria:

  • Manage office activities and functions to maintain efficiency and compliance with company policies.
  • Coordinate all arrangements for travel, hotel, and transportation reservations for India office staff.
  • Manage office visitors and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
  • Maintain records and upkeep of office assets, supplies, inventory, maintenance renovations etc.
  • Maintain legal records and documentation (new files, filing, archiving, etc.),
  • Function as primary liaison between the company staff and head office facilities management.
  • Support head office on all HR related functions to create and update records and databases of personnel, office expenditure and other administrative data.

Job Requirements

 Skills and Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree with five years of office management and administrative experience
  • computer skills and experience with online platforms
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with an aptitude to learn new software and systems
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Strong time-management and people skills, flexibility, and multitasking ability
