Job Description

  • Major Deliverables
  • Lead or Support team(s) in the Fleet Acquisition focusing on Engine OEMs for new and existing contracts
  • Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders of Air India to carry out the assignments mentioned above
  • Support Senior Management in decision making for overall commercial & strategic planning
  • Lead & manage processes, projects & multiple concurrent deliverables
  • Prepare and maintain complex financial models, including evaluating key assumptions, building scenarios, and performing sensitivity analysis to aid in the decision making
  • Assist Management with business approvals, financial and business monitoring, performance analysis and other initiatives
  • Co-ordinate and track large projects to ensure timely completion with desirable output

Essential Attributes

  • Ability to drive change & strong potential leadership qualities
  • Co-ordinate large projects and manage multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to Deal with ambiguity
  • Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint
  • Ability to communicate strategies and rationales to audiences of varying levels of sophistication
  • Good People Skills, Hardworking & Diligent

Desirable Attributes

  • Ability to drive projects independently, decision making ability at sub stream level

Qualifications

  • Post-Graduate from Tier-1 B-Schools
