Job Description

Fleet Program Engineer is responsible for performing a detailed analysis of aircraft technical data to make strategic decisions and continuously identify areas of improvement.

Functional Responsibilities:

Monitor configurations, procedures, and standards of operations, maintenance, inspection, and repair.
Conduct cost analysis, present recommendations to the leadership team for the project implementation.
Review the critical performance data to validate Maintenance objectives, In-service problems, and performance.
Support OEM meetings related to projects.

Job Requirements

Qualification & Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or similar degree; 6 years of Fleet Engineering experience in an airline
Minimum 5 years of airline maintenance and operations leadership experience
Preferred: with both Airframe and Power plant ratings and have held these ratings for at least three years.
Excellent analytical, computational, organizational, and abstract reasoning skills
Excellent judgment - Detailed oriented, particularly with procedures development and reporting
