Job Description

Location: Airport Berlin - Schönefeld

Tasks:

  • -    Aircraft handling of private and business flights at the counter and ramp
  • -    Working on handling requests in our handling system
  • -    Application for airport slots, provision of flight-related documents (NOTAMs, weather)
  • -    Complete organization, coordination and billing as part of the flight preparation and handling according to individual customer wishes
  • -    Coordination of various services
  • -    Transport of passengers and crews on the apron
  • -    Assistance during baggage handling

Profile:

  • -    Several years of professional experience in aviation are of benefit
  • -    Service orientation, the ability to work in a team and high resilience, especially in stressful situations
  • -    Experience in dealing with customers
  • -    Good to very good knowledge of German and English, in both written and spoken language
  • -    Willingness to work flexible in shifts
  • -    Class B or equivalent driver's license required, safe driving experience
  • -    Very good MS Office skills
  • -    impeccable certificate of good conduct

Desirables:

  • -    Completed vocational training, preferably in a tourism service company (air transport, hotel, travel agency) is desirable
  • -    preferably valid background check, airport ID card and driver's license for on the apron
