In your role, you will:

• To be in compliance with all safety and security requirements.
• To be cutomer focus with service excellence.
• To maintain good relationship with customers and airport authorities..
• To prepare GD, Hotel accommodations, transportations and flight documents.
• To coordinate with Airport authorities on immigration, customs, safety and security matters.
• To coordinate with Aircraft facilitators, operators and any other handling teams.
• To handle the Department Duty Phone, Walkie Talkie, VHF radio and voice drop.
• To supervise arrival and departure operations at Changi Airport.
• To update Aircraft Movements and report to respective stations.
• To prepare and present daily, weekly and monthly reports for the department.
• To maintain, update manuals and documentations.
• To report any irregularity and take appropriate actions.
• To operate motoriised and non-motorised equipments as authorised by the company.
• To operate safely and efficiently of all Ground Services Equipment and vehicles within classes permitted.
• To help and assist in ramp operations when needed.
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned

Qualifications

As our ideal candidate,

• You have A level or Diploma in any discipline.
• You have 3 years of experience in Aviation and / or Customer Service is preferred.
• Candidate must be able to work irregular hours, weekends, and public holidays.
• You have Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Class 3 Driving License preferred.
