Job Description

Job Purpose

• Executing efficient, effective and safe flight operations to maintain safety and regulatory requirement of operations. Compliance with the Company Standard Operating Procedure and applicable Regulations

Reporting Lines

Direct Reports To:            Manager, Flight Dispatch and Flight Watch

Operational

• _ Has joint responsibility between Pilot In-Command for the safety and operational control of flights under GACA/FAA 121.
• _ Responsible for planning of economical flight and operational control of day-to-day flight operations
• _ Responsible for the preparation of flight plans containing information such as maximum allowable takeoff and landing weights, weather reports, field conditions, NOTAMS and many other informational components required for the safe completion of flight.
• Prepare the Flight release and sign the Dispatch release for part 121 flights which is the legal document providing authorization for a flight to depart.

Required Qualifications

• Academic Qualifications and Professional Experience
• Academic Qualifications Diploma               Major   
• Professional Experience 4-7 years
• Licenses and Certifications
• GACA Aircraft Dispatch License
• Professional Experience Specific Field
• Two (2 ) year experience in flight dispatch/operations with emphasize in part 121 operations.
• Performance Measurement Indicators (if applicable/ KPIs may change over the years )
