VistaJet, the leading global business aviation company, is looking for a Flight Operations & Training Administrator to join its team in Malta, on an indefinite basis. 

The Flight Operations & Training Administrator team is responsible for the onboarding of flight deck and cabin crew. Planning and scheduling initial as well as recurrent training for VistaJet’s crew members. Responsibilities may also include flight operations administrative and logistical support.  

Your Responsibilities

• Coordinating and scheduling initial and recurrent training for flight crew.
• Consulting with relevant authorities in connection to pre-notifications, licence renewals and assessments of competence.
• Liaising with both internal and external training providers to ensure high quality standards of training.
• Maintaining all training documentation to satisfy legal requirements and VistaJet’s standard operating procedures.
• Cooperating with other departments to maintain smooth activity of all operations and training requirements.
• Coordinating with senior management and concerned authorities to phase-in/out aircraft.
• Maintaining the validity of foreign air operator certificates and permits.
• Ordering and arranging for stock items and aircraft documents.
• Conduct any other daily tasks that may be assigned by the senior on duty.

Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience

• Strong Microsoft Office Suite.
• High degree of time management skills ensuring all deadlines are met.
• Ability to follow direction and work within a team/independently as required.
• Impeccable diligence ensuring a high-level of accuracy in your work.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Excellent standard of written and spoken English.
• Previous experience in a similar role will be considered an asset.
