Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Regular monitoring of the incoming queries from AIRBUS customers and AIRBUS internal teams.
Acknowledgement of queries related to aircraft scheduled maintenance.
Re-assignment of queries that are out of schedule maintenance scope.
Performing technical analysis of the queries related to scheduled maintenance scope (MPD, MRBR, ALS etc...) and providing answers to customer
Interact with AIRBUS Engineering Teams to better understand customer needs and recommended appropriate solutions.
Anticipate project deviations, project progress and internal/external problems.
Estimate the timeline and make realistic commitment for deliveries.

Skills & Competencies:

Essential: Hands-on-experience - “Airbus manuals (MPD/MRBR/MSG-3/ALS,) for all aircraft family”
Airbus Tools: SAP, AIRNAV, AIRBUS WORLD, ICC-CADB, Tech Request/RFR Management.

Other Attributes:
