Job Description


Key Accountabilities

  • Facilitate the process to agree the GBS Operations strategy, its regular update, priority setting, tracking of latest status and the cascade of the BPD & goals to ensure that everyone is aligned with the GBS operations way of working
  • Integrate and follow thru the inflight GBS Operations projects in a central PMO to minimise risk and ensure effective use of resources
  • Provide support to the GBS Operations Director to ensure the seamless running of all communication, planning and governance of GBS Operations team to support decision making
  • Establish, develop and lead an effective Governance model for Operations team to ensure delivery of all accountabilities
  • Work with India partners at the strategic level on the coordination and delivery of their operational activities and manage the governance from their side
  • Track thru the actions and ensure completeness and delivery

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree level educated, or equivalent
  • 10- 12 Years of Experience in working within a multi-disciplined and global business service sector
  • Transition, Transformation, Solution Identification and BPO skills (preferred)
  • Should have a track record of managing programs thru various teams not reporting
  • Should have managed senior stakeholders like Group controller level as part of the previous portfolios
  • Track record of well-developed planning skills, attention to detail and ability to co-ordinate several activities simultaneously
  • Ability to quickly adapt to different jobs and situation preferred
  • Strategic mind-set understanding and ability to operate and move between strategic and operational level thinking
  • Strongly developed written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build effective collaborative relationships
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong presentation and influencing skills
  • Personal drive and comfortable taking accountability to deliver
  • Ability to step up and get things done from senior stakeholders preferred
