Key Requirement for the Position

In–depth knowledge of international, regional and national aviation security regulations;
It shall be a mandatory requirement for CSO to qualify AVSEC Basic Course approved by DG, BCAS. Preferably AVSEC Auditor, Instructor, AVSEC Management and or other specialize certification from BCAS, ICAO.

Job Description

The Chief Security Officer will be over all in-charge of aviation security in India for the airline. CSO shall have the authority required to ensure full implementation and enforcement of the security programme: Conducting an initial and comprehensive survey of the aircraft operator’s facilities, equipment and activities in order to determine security needs and assess likely threats.
