Catering and Lounges
·          Overall review of on-board sales ( Food & Beverages, Duty free, Pre-paid ) :

o    Revenue

o    Quality of Service

• Review performance per :

o    Product.

o    Destination

• Work with our catering team to implement products to drive revenue generation and cost saving.
• Identify potential products by conducting market research generating product requirement and pricing.
• Manage expenses within budgeted forecast, and develop business cases and justify capital investment project.
• Manage Lounges and lounge profits, ensuring high quality and customer satisfaction
  Inflight Product monetization
• 
  Design and implement a long term strategy for Inflight product digitalisation and monetization
• Monitor on-board sales together with crew, IFEC and catering partner to maximize revenue to deliver the best service to our passenger.
• Assess airline offering against competitors offering.
• Incorporate monitoring system to assure good product delivery.
• Review and suggest monitoring tool as needed.
• Developed after action report.
  Inflight Entertainment & Connectivity
  ·          Design business cases in order to create a IFEC strategy for flynas
• Work closely with all stakeholder to identify any issue or improvement opportunity.
• Coordinate the content release with all stakeholder:

o    Content selection

o    Software or hardware improvement

o    Design changes

o    RFP

o    Future IFC strategy.

• Report the overall performance of the system.
• Work with potential supplier to assist the value and cost of any investments.
• Once operational, commercial responsibility for IFEC products
  Policies and Procedures
  ·          Ensure Ancillary & Product Department complies with flynas policies and processes, practices and systems, and maintain flynas high standard of work and work ethic.
  Reporting and document control
  ·          Perform any other assignment from the line Manager or his designee.
• Assist team members in performing their duties
• Manage and oversee documents  to ensure they are created and signed properly and policies followed
• Review, update as necessary, and re-approve documents and insure they remain legible.

Job Requirements

• Knowledge and Experience
  Min. 5 years in Airline product related functions
• Knowledge of MS office.
  Education
  and Certifications
  ·         Bachelor degree in related filed.
  Job related Skills
  ·         Self-Starter / good initiative with an ability to learn quickly.
• Prompt and responsive on all Company requests
• Proficient in technical support, diagnosis and testing and reporting;
• Track record of delivering on commitments and meeting deadlines
• Good team player who is prepared to make an extra effort to help their colleagues
