Role:
-Fully responsible for Design and build of SPMs with latest & Smart technologies
-Exhibit In-depth engineering & analyses of design of child parts, sub-assemblies and structures, followed by simulation & analyses of complete machine
-Responsible for selection, Sourcing, analyses & life cycle evaluation of Drive systems, motors, ball screws, guides, Transmission systems, hydraulic/pneumatic parts & pumps
-Must be very much solution based in Manufacturing space with latest Manufacturing, Measurement, calibration and Image sensing technologies
-Expertise in machine building, CNC Milling process, Inspection Processes & Advanced GD&T
-must be well versed with Calculations such as Mechanical Properties, Treatments, metal cutting, forces, torque, energy, power, deflection, stress-strain, vibrations, thermal effects
