Scope of work:

Manage GAN Flying School in accordance with the objectives and mandates given by IASL

Qualifications and experience:

• Bachelors’ degree, preferably in Business Management
•  Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a senior management role
•  Previous managerial experience in aviation industry would be an added advantage

Abilities / Skills

• Pleasant personality and ability to collaborate with multiple stake holders to ensure that the
• organizational corporate objectives are successfully achieved
• Possess good interpersonal skills with proficiency in spoken and written English and Dhivehi
• language
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to details
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related software
