Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HR Officer to support with Performance Management, Succession Planning and Disciplinary Process governance, to join our Human Resources Team.
Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Support the performance management process for the organization throughout the year.
  • Assist in creating the career ladder for all departments and support creation of employee development plans.
  • Support the annual succession planning and talent review process.
  • Manage the disciplinary process and conduct investigations and recommend appropriate action as per the disciplinary code of conduct. 
  • Support on labor law compliance across locations.
  • Maintain and update the function on local labor law compliances for all locations.
  • Support the implementation of employee Rewards & Recognition program.
    Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Bachelors’ Degree or higher with minimum 3 years’ work experience in a similar role
  • Excellent Verbal and Written Communication in English & Arabic
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office, excellent Excel skills
  • Excellent knowledge of Kuwait Labor Law and statutory compliances
  • Excellent analytical skills and detail orientation
