We are looking for an experienced HR Officer to support with Performance Management, Succession Planning and Disciplinary Process governance, to join our Human Resources Team. Responsibilities and Duties:
Support the performance management process for the organization throughout the year.
Assist in creating the career ladder for all departments and support creation of employee development plans.
Support the annual succession planning and talent review process.
Manage the disciplinary process and conduct investigations and recommend appropriate action as per the disciplinary code of conduct.
Support on labor law compliance across locations.
Maintain and update the function on local labor law compliances for all locations.
Support the implementation of employee Rewards & Recognition program. Requirements and Qualifications:
Bachelors’ Degree or higher with minimum 3 years’ work experience in a similar role
Excellent Verbal and Written Communication in English & Arabic
Proficient in the use of MS Office, excellent Excel skills
Excellent knowledge of Kuwait Labor Law and statutory compliances
Excellent analytical skills and detail orientation
