Job Description

Your tasks and responsibilities

Responsible for smooth commercial execution and operational customer service related to MRO orders thereby ensuring adherence to committed TAT and service quality. The related tasks include (without being limited to): 1 Successfully induct customers’ unit in shop for repair and ensure quality internal and external communication and transfer of information. 2 Independently manage the customer relationship at operational level by handling all process-related customer inquiries in an efficient manner. 3 Create cost estimates for contracted/non-contracted repairs with adherence to contracted/binding rates and services and further process customer‘s approval in timely and accurate manner. 4 Ensure perfect functioning of customer interface by proactively working to resolve claims and discrepancies.. 5 Responsible for TAT fulfillment and supporting performance level reporting & quality management system. 6 Identify and manage revenue opportunities within his/her scope of responsibilities, ensure correct cost booking, and in time invoicing of all cases-including mishandling, modification and scrap. 7 Participate in all customer communication, meetings or conference calls, involving various LHT departments. II. Your Qualifications (Educational Background, Personality and Skills) 1. Minimum 3 + years of total experience 2. Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in Engineering and / or Business Administration 3. Proficient with MS Office Suite, Visualization tools- Tableau /Spotfire 4. Familiarity with cloud applications/ familiarity with VBA/SQL/R would be added advantage 5. Previous experience of BPO / ITES / KPO / Technical /Engineering Services is required 6. Good communication skills- speaking / reading / writing skills 7. Flexible with working hours as per process requirements. Open for shifts 8. Abilities to include but not limited to - Decision Making, problem solving, Working under stress, time management , multi-tasking,independent and systematic work with changing requirements 9. Should have good analytical and problem solving skills
