Aerodynamic & Mechanical > Nacelle Module > Nacelle Quality

Nacelle Life cycle Management Sub modules is one of the sub modules in Nacelles, Responsible for first point of contact in Value chain, cost out road map, site specific Requirement from Customers engineering change request after TR7. Currently Team is Situated in Chennai and Porto

Responsibilities

• Direct the Cost Out Ideas from Idea Stage to Implementation
• Solve the technical Risks & align with Value chain stakeholders
• Participate and encourage ideas from modules in Quarterly & monthly reviews
• Technical responsible for idea and value creation
• Review and agree on BC elements per idea
• Setup & align tech. Expectations with each idea owners within modules
• Review & bring all target ideas to a certain maturity level to meet overall targets
• Setup Technical Reviews in module level

Qualifications

• Master's / Bachelor's in Mechanical / Structural / Aerospace/ similar fields
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in design & development of progressive mechanical systems, CAD (CREO) & PDM (PDM Link)
• Engineering Change Management (ECM)
• Knowledge in ISO standards related to mechanical component design Systems engineering experience

Competencies

• Quickly pick up on the array of software tools and processes we use in our workflow
• Can develop innovative solutions to the issues we face when performing these evaluates
• Including development or introduction of new tools and processes into our workflow
• Have a solid understanding of mechanical systems
• Model new and change existing CAD models
• Experience with Creo and PDM Link and Jira
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum)
