Job Description

• 
  Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to managerial staff
• Advise on investment activities and provide strategies that the company should take
• Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans.
• Develop trends and projections for the firm’s finances.
• Manage the preparation of the company’s budget.
• Liase with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained.
• Oversee operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be met.
• Ensure the Statutory compliance of GST,Income Tax,ROC filings, TDS returns, PF & ESI.
• Preparing Monthly Profit and loss and Balance Sheet and report to management.
• Providing MIS report like AR aging and AP aging and take quick actions on non compliant customers
• lead the month-end closing process and conduct monthly financial forecast.
• Make estimates of funds required for the short and long-term financial objectives of the organization

Essential Requirements:

• Degree in finance/accounting or related (essential).
• 5 years of work experience as a Finance Manager (essential).
• Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent report-writing and communication skills.
• Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office,SAP,Tally and other financial planning softwares 
• Working experience of Air lines/Cargo industry would be preferred.
