JOB PURPOSE & SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Report in shifts as per roster.
• Report to the shift DM and follow the allocation as per shift in charge.
• Shall have a current airline load control license.
• Timely coordinate with RCC/AOCC/CGO/Customer airlines/Ramp for safe and effective load planning.
• Planning of special loads, in accordance with the restrictions, maximum quantities, separation and segregation requirements.
• Ensure proper utilization of aircraft capacity with respect to safety aspects.
• Prepares the loading instruction report for the loading team.
• Coordinate with Ramp for any changes in loading or necessitate new version with ramp personnel.
• Checks for actual weights of passengers from the DCS or obtain the same from passenger control.
• Ensure the NOTOC presented to the commander has been fully completed, all loading position specified and signoff by all required personnel prior to the commander signature.
• Reconcile with Ramp supervisor for all loading is as per final LIRF.
• Check all flight relevant information i.e Flight number, a/c reg, max restricted weights, current DOW & DOI, service weight and index adjustments, ZFW, and Crew version.
• Ensure the NOTOC has been signed by the commander.
• Release the load/trim sheet within safe limits.
• Enter any LMC on load sheet.
• Generate the required telexes/movement messages as soon as possible after the flight has departed or as per customer requirements.
• Hand over all copies of flight handling reports to respective airline.
• File copy of flight handled check sheet documents at load control office.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate or Diploma in any subject

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

• 12 - 24 months of experience in the relevant field
• Should be able to handle different situation.
• Should possess good command over computer application
