Zoom Air, Schedule Passenger Airline operating a fleet of Bombardier CRJ-200 Aircrafts since 2017 is re-starting its Schedule Flights. Zoom Air wishes to hire LOAD CONTROL OFFICER in New Delhi.


Responsibilities:

• Perform all aircraft Weight and Balance and Documentation activities.
• Ensure activities conform to legal and safety requirements as outlined by regulatory bodies and Airline Weight and Balance manuals etc.
• Review existing operational practices, systems, and procedures to create work/ process efficiencies and source opportunities to maximize aircraft space utilization and fuel uptake, in order to exploit maximum revenue capacity and performance capability per aircraft.
• Co-ordinate the receipt, record, and onward communication of relevant information from various stakeholders including outstations required for the preparation of weight and balance documentation (loading instruction report, load sheet and trim sheet) for an aircraft.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to enhance customer service standards and facilitate the exchange of information & ensure all under the wing activities are carried out in a safe & effective manner.
• You are required to produce a safe, fuel efficient and timely Load sheet ensuring all published SOP’s and airline procedure is followed at all times. Ensure the manual load sheet recency is maintained and recorded as required to maintain the validity of the issued licenses. React promptly and efficiently, to power/DCS/SITA CUTE disruptions ensuring continuous safe and timely service delivery.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree and above, preferably with Science.
• Certification / License to perform Weight & Balance Functions for a Narrow-bodied aircraft (CRJ200/or equivalent) would be preferred.
