Job Description

Main duties & responsibilities:

  • Perform CMMS System Entry Perform Thingworx turnback system validation and alignment to CMMS Assist with TPM related on – site RTPR Participate in machine key loss condition assessment and improvement actions Track A3 minor details Perform System validation and alignment primarily between CMMS and ThingWorx platforms Map out all systems currently used to measure the 3 components of OEE (current condition) Perform a detailed analysis system capability for all the systems mentioned above Confirm the value stream and strategy for capturing OEE (target condition) Map out the gaps between current condition and target condition Perform machine capability assessment and analysis Hard and soft wire pilot machine in pilot cell and test OEE capturing Perform DILO and gemba to confirm OEE data Hard and soft wire all machines in the pilot cell and validate data Track, Monitor and Improve system
