Immediate Supervisor - Manager, Planning
a. To maintain an effective and efficient control system for maintenance forecasting and planning to ensure tasks- are scheduled for maintenance in accordance with company's, manufacturer's and Aviation Authority requirements.
b. Supervise and coordinate the activities in scheduling Aircraft and component tasks in accordance with company's, manufacturer's and Aviation Authority requiremnets.
a. Supervise and coordinate the activities of all staff within Planning section to ensure AirAsia aircraft and components are scheduled for maintenance as per requirement.
b. Implement and maintain an an efficient and effective the Aircraft Maintenance Planning system that meets the AirAsia and DGCA requirement.
c. Provide adequate instructions and guidance to planning staff on the matters.
d. Organize Aircraft Check Management
i. Forecast/plan - short and long term maintenance (inclusive of AD's SB's, etc)
ii. Review (compile) verify - check packages, material requirement, maintenance requirements, including AD's, SB's, special inspections, modifications or any "out of phase" work.
iii. Liase with warehouse for pre-loads and AMO who will perform maintenance checks.
e. Stagger aircraft check and components replacement.
f.Budget the cost related to the modification and check package
g. Manage the flight hours and cycle of the IAA fleet
h. Request the concession letter to QA department, if required, and monitor closing the consession letter.
i. Monitor Daily Maintenance callouts of the aircraft and component.
1. Minimum Diploma or Bachelor Engineering
2. Having experience 10 Years as Maintenance Planner in Airline Company
3. Understand applicable Regulation and Company Procedure
4. Able to utilize office application
5. Able to speak English, active and passive
6. Trained in safety management system and human factor
7. Understand in Aircraft Maintenance System
8. Understand to operat computerized Aircraft Management System
