Job Description

Lead the company’s customer support management, warranty and support policies and processes. Also, support and handle all related services & inquires to other airline.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Develop the company’s customer support management, warranty and support policies and processes.
  • Coordinate between the other airlines customer and the business units during execution of work.
  • Collect and evaluate customer feedback and   provide the information to other involved units.
  • Provide input to the company’s strategic and business planning activities.
  • Follow the invoicing towards the clients and their payment.
  • Develop, coordinate and implement actions to improve the unit’s performance in order to meet the company’s business targets.
  • Implement contracts deliverables terms and conditions including warranty.
  • Adjust contracts deliverables implementation based on account collection (payments) status.
  • Participate in preparing revenue forecast.
  • Plan activities and budget of unit.
  • Managing customer services and related activities for the NON-contracted customers.
  • Coordinate to monitor and control active and NON-active contracts.
  • Participate in shows and conferences.
  • Share out the signed contracts with SAEI related departments and make sure of clear understanding for contract’s terms & conditions.
  • Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations.
  • Undertake any other functions are assigned by the immediate supervisorchedule projects and define budget constraints.
  • Conceptualize visuals based on requirements and develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand.

    EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS

  •   Bachelor’s Engineering, Business Administration, or any related filed.
  •   9 Years of relevant experience.
  •   Aviation experience is preferred.
  •   Willing to travel if job requires.
