We have an exciting opportunity for driven, focused revenue management leaders to manage the delivery of the Ancillary revenue KPI across the Etihad network using key systems. This is the ideal role for someone who has the capability to use exemplary ancillary selling knowledge and display technical and problem-solving abilities to enhance automation and solve new business challenges and issues.

Accountabilities

• Act as the subject matter expert and develop innovative solutions to highlight and implement revenue opportunities to Revenue Management & Sales teams.
• Analise all available ancillary data to formulate action plans to achieve revenue budget.
• Develop and implement processes for leveraging new technology and deliver enhanced products to Etihad’s Guests and improving revenue.
• Lead the adoption of new ancillary products and drive the development of revenue contribution

Education & Experience

• Educated with minimum diploma certification or higher
• 6 years’ travel/airline experience with a minimum of 3 years specifically managing/leading ancillary revenue.
• Advance experience analysing ancillary performance data to make strategic and tactical recommendations and decisions
• Experience partnering with cross functional teams to deliver revenue targets, including Sales, Revenue Management, Marketing etc.
