Job Description

Global Aerospace Logistics, LLC is seeking for Manager - Aviation Ground Safety - responsible for advising and aiding the commanding officer in developing and managing a command ground safety program, and required to coordinate all ground safety matters among the command’s staff and will maintain and report appropriate detailed ground safety records, mishap statistics, and establish and implement required corrective safety actions, the duties are :

• Formulation of a safety management system for all ground activity,
• On corporation of safety standards and procedures for all ground functions and activities.
• Coordination of all safety matters among an organization's staff.
• Formal investigation of ground mishaps and incidents.
• Identification of hazards and risks in the daily ground activity.
• Establishment of a Safety Council for the purpose of setting goals, managing assets, and reviewing safety-related requirements and recommendations.
• Tracking and reporting of safety deficiencies, inspection, incidents, violations and corrective action.
• Practices and promotion of safety awareness.
• Establishment of safety training to promote hazard awareness and the safety integrate in unit activities.
• Collect, analyze and communicate actionable information to assist Commanders in preserving/protecting military combat resources.
• Collaborate with customer safety & standardization on regular basis and convey ground safety incident reports once occurred

Academic Qualifications:

• Bachelor in any aviation discipline preferred. Master’s Degree highly desired.
• FAA Airframe and Powerplant Certificate or industry equivalent

Experience:

• Minimum of 10 Years Safety Officer or 15 years of direct related civilian experience as an aviation safety professional.

Language :

• Must be able to read, write and understand English
