Job Description

Main Duties

  • Assigns and monitors clerical and secretarial functions related to the CEO’s Office staff.
  • Manages the daily work routine related to the CEO office to achieve the best use of the available resources and the CEO’s time.
  • Manages and coaches the CEO’s office team, including working with team members to design consistent plans for the CEO’s work and time.
  • Provides periodic follow-up of performance indicators, raising the competencies of the CEO’s Office staff, supervising their job commitment and evaluating their annual performance.
  • Reviews correspondences and transactions delivered to the CEO office ensuring their systematic validity and writes the required explanations on them, submitting them or referring them back to the related Division Heads for action.
  • Follows up and provides written feedback on time-sensitive strategic and operational projects mandated by the CEO directly.
  • Reviews periodical reports received from the Division Heads and provides summaries consisting of the main points and recommendations for the CEO’s perusal.
  • Prepares the agendas of the internal and external committees, conferences and Board meetings in which the CEO participates in, and the information related to them, and following up on the implementation of the decisions and recommendations issued by them.
  • Attends executive meetings with the CEO, take meeting minutes, follow up on any tasks related to the  CEO, and attend some meetings on behalf of the CEO if requested.
  • Accompanies the CEO on Travel Duty to organize and manage official tasks in coordination with HDQ when required.
  • Oversees and maintains the archive system pertaining to the CEO’s correspondences and transactions.
  • Undertakes any other tasks or duties assigned by the CEO.

Education & Experience

  • in Administration or any related major.
  • 10 years experience in a similar role, preferably in the Aviation Industry.
  • Leadership Skills, Critical Thinking and Problem Solving Skills.
