In this role, you will be responsible for delivering the Commercial Revenue Budgets and Forecasts in an accurate and timely manner including modeling key inputs such as Market Size & Fare assumptions. You will manage a team of Analysts to analyze key drivers of variances to Budget and recent trends to identify revenue risks early and develop mitigating actions.

Accountabilities

• Responsible for the development, benchmarking & monitoring of key 5 year plan inputs including modelling Market Size and Fare. Assess impact of changes on Revenue
• Responsible for the development of all Passenger Revenue Budgets & Forecasts. Including Annual process, quarterly & ad-hoc refreshes of Budget and weekly Forecast updates.
• Communicate targets and subsequent updates to impacted departments including Revenue Management and Sales teams
• Track performance vs Budget & Forecast highlighting risks and key trends, preparing insights on performance for senior management
• Complete ad-hoc Revenue analysis & support dashboard creation as required
• Pursue a quality-focused ethos with regard to Revenue analytics, Budgeting & Forecasting, ensuring that all Budgets/Forecasts are supported by robust data analysis

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree ideally in Computer Science, Statistics, Operations Research, Economics or Business related subject
• Minimum 6 years working experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a management position in a complex commercial and numerate analytical environment within Airline Revenue Management/Planning
• Extensive experience in reviewing route performance, flown revenue etc. to set annual budgets for Ancillary Revenue, Sales, eCommerce and loyalty revenue
• Proven ability to coach, motivate and lead a team, ensuring goals are met/exceeded
• Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills with solid experience in business analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
