Job Description

Your responsibilities and duties include the following:

• Representing and promoting the product portfolio of Digital Fleet Solutions to external and internal customers, obtain new business and develop the digitization of customers accordingly.
• Leading digital driven projects, developing (key) clients, and coordinate with relevant stakeholder to successfully implement and execute products of the Division Digital Fleet Solutions at customers.
• Negotiation of contracts in accordance with business unit requirements.
• Ensure the provision of services,identify improvement potential and develop measures for optimization together with the business units.
• Preparation, scheduling and execution of customer visits.
• Monitoring and analysis of competitors and industry trends.

Requirements

The ideal Manager Customer Development & Sales – Digital Fleet Solutions must fulfill the following requirements:

• University degree, preferably in Engineering, Information Technology, Business or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience within Sales or Customer relations, preferably in the field of aviation maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) or similar technical services
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Knowledge of Asian languages or German desirable
• High degree of intercultural competency and strong understanding of Asian cultures
• Excellent customer service skills
• Able to travel to Germany and extensively within the Asia-Pacific region
