Your responsibilities and duties include the following:
Representing and promoting the product portfolio of Digital Fleet Solutions to external and internal customers, obtain new business and develop the digitization of customers accordingly.
Leading digital driven projects, developing (key) clients, and coordinate with relevant stakeholder to successfully implement and execute products of the Division Digital Fleet Solutions at customers.
Negotiation of contracts in accordance with business unit requirements.
Ensure the provision of services,identify improvement potential and develop measures for optimization together with the business units.
Preparation, scheduling and execution of customer visits.
Monitoring and analysis of competitors and industry trends.
Requirements
The ideal Manager Customer Development & Sales – Digital Fleet Solutions must fulfill the following requirements:
University degree, preferably in Engineering, Information Technology, Business or equivalent
Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience within Sales or Customer relations, preferably in the field of aviation maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) or similar technical services
Excellent spoken and written English
Knowledge of Asian languages or German desirable
High degree of intercultural competency and strong understanding of Asian cultures
Excellent customer service skills
Able to travel to Germany and extensively within the Asia-Pacific region
