Job Description

  • Responsible for review, approval and scrutiny of expense GLs in SAP.
  • Responsible for proper maintenance of books of accounts as per IndAS and Companies Act.
  • Ensure compliance as per Customs Act and Rules.
  • Ensure all the payments are released as per decided timelines.
  • Ensure statutory deductions and compliances of TDS, GST or any other statutory compliance requirements as per statutory requirements and timelines.
  • Ensure regular vendor reconciliation and closure of reconciliation points, if any.
  • Ensure adequacy and accuracy of provisions created at the month end.
  • Ensure all the organisational policies and procedures are adhered to and deviation, if any, is addressed on timely basis.
  • Ensure all Internal Financial Controls are adhered to on timely basis.
  • Ensure timely closure of all audit related issues and queries.
  • Responsible for strengthening and automating the processes under responsibility area.

Educational Qualification :- CA

  • Preferred Experience :- Experience of 5- 10 years in Corporate job with experience of 3-5 years as a Manager.
  • Independent and effective dealing with business users across locations and functions.
