The HR Reporting and Analytics Lead will drive HR automation, workforce insights, and decision-making by designing remarkedly thoughtful HR digital decision support tools.
You will be the digital technology champion and trusted advisor for all HR analytics initiatives in this role. The role will use various methods to identify and deploy effective digital technologies that drive best practice workforce analytics, decision making, hyper-automation, and user-centric manager and employee self-service reporting. In addition, you will contribute to the building, sustaining, and enhancing of the HR function digital product capabilities, including driving modernization, standardization, and achieving buy-in for innovation and transformation investments.
