The role involves managing a strong relationship with co-brands and other banking partners. Also, designing and managing strategic marketing campaigns targeted towards increasing revenue and brand presence.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and negotiate co-brand partnerships with banks to generate revenue, acquire new customers and gain strong foothold in the market
Manage relationship with co-brands & other banking partners.
Assist and communicate with loyalty leadership team in decision making, implementation of projects
Strategizing key banking partners and prepare account management plans for each partner
Create plans and business cases for loyalty partnerships
Review and execute partnership agreements by collaborating with cross functional teams
Prepare monthly marketing plan for partnerships and managing a strong relationship with clients with effective ROI
Establish and maintain strong relationships for a select pool of partners to achieve performance objectives of the Loyalty & Partnerships team and wider Vistara business goals
Ideate and execute high impact projects with partners from initiation to execution
Drive problem resolution with internal and external stakeholders to ensure operational excellence and revenue growth
Create action plans and campaigns for customer acquisition, engagement, growth and budget optimization
Handle and coordinate all monthly financials billing for the partners inducted
Skills & Attributes
Strong interpersonal skills and process orientation to develop relationships with banking partners
Should have demonstrated a successful strategic partner association which lead to acquisitions and other incomes
Should have worked on IT and systems implementation in CRM platforms related to partnerships
Strong excel and presentation skills
Work Experience
Minimum 6 years of work experience preferably in launching & managing co-brand cards
Previous experience in loyalty partnerships is a plus
