Job Description

Monitoring of PW engines for the below,

• Ensure that all receiving actions are completed for new, shop returned and lease engines.
• Ensure scheduled Unscheduled Engine change work orders are raised in timely manner by respective team member
• Ensure all dispatch actions are completed for Unserviceable engines including dispatch inspections, information flow to finance PW ADEM, Engine dispatch documents preparation
• Ensure preservation requirements of all engines is meticulously followed as per current OEM requirements in timely manner and AMOS actions are completed
• Ensure all open requirements of shop returned engines are meticulously reflected in Engine change workorders and closed.
• Engine change W/O along with dispatch W/O.
• Maintaining Neo Repair/Spare Engine details sheet.
• Monitoring EO’s for all PW1100 engines.
• Scrutinizing SB/SI for affectivity.
• Administrating of SB/ EO/SI in AMOS for PW1100 engine.
• Monitoring of Oil Consumption for PW Engines biweekly.
• Monitoring and replying mail received from routing for negative and due events for PW1100 engines.
• Closing queries related to documentation from PW/Finance/different departments related to PW1100 engines.
• PWBAL solution preparation and coordination with OEM for final solution. Provisioning of replacement blades and coordination with Line Maintenance.
• Prepare biweekly LLP stub life for PW engines.
• Reviewing LEDS and Shop documents before engine installation.
• Preparation of Accessory workscope for Engine Induction in Shop.
• Preparation of Accessory list for Engine Induction in Shop.
• Associating in PPG audit and closure for audit findings.
• Preparing and monitoring Derate graph for PW1100 and V2500 engine.
• Lease return activity and aircraft documentation for lease return.
• Preparing different type of sheet of PW1100G-JM for DGCA and Reliability Purpose. 

Educational Qualification:

• Tech(Electrical/Electronics/mechanical/ aeronautical)/ AME

Others:

• 60% in 10th, 12th and Graduation

Work Experience -Relevant/ Total Years:

• 8-10 years in aviation.

IT skills:

• MS Office, excel, Worked on Aviation Software like AMOS
