To manage the development and review of the company’s corporate strategy, its cascade across all levels of the organization, its communication in conjunction with other company divisions and departments, and the monitoring of strategic performance in liaison with the relevant stakeholders. To manage the governance of strategy implementation through leading the establishment and on-going operation of an enterprise wide portfolio, program and project management office (PMO/P3M) to govern project execution in alignment with the organizational strategic direction, provide visibility of projects and program status, drive the prioritization of project portfolio and the overall monitoring of projects.
o Manage the development and review of BAS’s corporate and organizational strategy, as well as the identification of strategic priorities.
o Drive the development and implementation of the annual planning framework to translate organizational plans into quantitative actionable operational plans and cascade organizational goals to departmental and individual goals.
o Direct research efforts for obtaining and evaluation information about the industry, market trends, and internal and external environment.
o Lead the preparation of analysis and reports based on available business intelligence data and make appropriate recommendations.
o Liaise with the Corporate Communications and Marketing Department and relevant stakeholders to communicate the strategy internally, and when necessary, externally.
o Drive the development of relevant dashboards to monitor strategic performance through strategic KPIs and manage the preparation of relevant reports for management.
o Direct the establishment and on-going operation of an enterprise wide portfolio, program and project management office (P3M/PMO) that aligns BAC projects with overall strategy.
o Manage the development of appropriate reporting to provide visibility of projects and program status for senior management, board and relevant stakeholders.
o Drive the development and implementation of the governance framework to monitor the delivery of programs and projects.
o Advocate the implementation of project management best practices across the organization.
o Manage the prioritization of the projects portfolio in liaison with the management.
o Lead the effective achievement of functional objectives for the Strategy and PMO functions.
o Oversee the development and implementation of relevant policies and procedure for the Strategy and PMO functions and review when necessary based on organizational maturity.
o Lead the facilitation of strategy adjustments and strategy reviews based on organizational need.
o Facilitating the establishment and reviewing of key strategic priorities.
o Lead the development and update the processes and procedures for strategic planning.
o Liaise with Senior Management team and the PMO function to jointly ensure the project mix within BAS portfolio is appropriately aligned with BAS's strategy and reflect organizational strategic priorities.
o Providing structure and framework to enable leadership to translate strategies into actionable and quantitative plans were required.
o Liaising with Senior Management to communicate the company strategy internally and externally.

o Sharing business insights received from strategic partnerships with management .
o Bachelor degree in business related disciple from a reputable university.
o Preferable, Master’s Degree In business related discipline.
o 5-8 years relevant business experience with at least 3 years in strategy development and planning.
o Previous experience in the aviation industry/sector is preferred.
