In this interesting role, you will be accountable to formulate manpower plans for effective utilization of existing resources capacity and implement strategies that will ensure that the organization has the required skills to meet the current and future needs. You will be responsible for budget exercise and analysis historical manpower trends and propose cost efficient manpower budget taking into consideration the operational demands to meet the economic and services level objective.

Qualifications
You should have a Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 8 years of job – related experience OR High School Qualification / Vocational Qualification /Diploma or Equivalent (Type of Diploma Based on Role) with Minimum 9 years of job-related experience.
